We’re excited to announce a recent milestone for the Diligent team — we’ve completed a professional company-wide first aid training course. Now every single member of the team is first aid trained.

First Aid Training At Diligent
Completing the recent first aid training course was a no-brainer for the Diligent team. A safe workplace is a focused one, and we aim to ensure the safety of our experts to guarantee exceptional bespoke joinery for our clients.
Now, with essential first aid skills, our craftsmen can take proactive steps to avoid accidents and handle incidents with swift and effective action.
We’re also equipped to ensure our client’s safety. From the initial joinery consultation to project completion, we’ll use industry best practices to guarantee a secure working environment.
The official qualification earned by Diligent is First Aid at Work 18 Hour L3 (VTQ) – FAW. This is in compliance with Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations (1981) delivered in accordance with currently accepted first aid practice.

We’ve been in the industry since 2005, so working with high-quality health and safety regulations isn’t anything new to us. The Diligent process is robust and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Diligent Bespoke Joinery is covered by Public Liability Insurance, Employer’s Liability Insurance, and Contractors All Risk Insurance.
All of our carpenters, joiners, and electricians are well-trained in workshop safety. The Diligent workshop maintains all equipment and services at the highest level within safety guidelines.
